One-day workshop on best practices for ensuring your clubs and events are generating additional income for your school. When set up and run properly, your clubs and events should not only effectively deliver on the goals of your school, they should provide you thousands of pounds of added revenue and platforms to further support your educational objectives and projects! This full day session is rich in great ideas and inspiration to improve your clubs and events offerings! For example, the public and Government are demanding more from childcare providers and in this workshop we explore how this is actually a great opportunity for educators to make an additional income. We will also focus on using events to position your school at the heart of your community by researching your community’s values and understanding the importance of motivating your supporters and encouraging constructive feedback. Workshop Content: - Construct a strategy to make your clubs and events lucrative - Become an expert in financial planning for internal and external clubs & events - Explore wraparound care and get up-to-date info on how childcare vouchers can benefit your school - Research your community’s values and desires in order to effectively position your school’s events at the heart of the community - Learn to recruit volunteers and supporters and keep them motivated
Prerequisites
Delegates will need to bring their own laptop with charger and WIFI capacity. Delegates must have logged into Arro software successfully and bring their Arro login details and password to the session. Delegates will also need to bring their school's vision and goals and items that their school or academy would like funding for.
