:: Using FFT Aspire for school self-evaluation and target-setting ::
Outline
This course is aimed at anyone new to using Fischer Family Trust reports in FFT Aspire to inform school self-evaluation and target setting. The course will look at the various reports and tools within FFT Aspire and how they can be used. These include value added analysis for Key Stages 1, 2 and 4, the Governor Dashboard, pupil estimates at these key stages and the powerful Student Explorer. Please bring with you an FFT Aspire username and password that gives access to pupil level data. We strongly advise that you check that these log-in details are working well in advance of the course.

Outcomes:
By attending the course participants will:
  • gain an understanding of how to interpret and use the FFT value added analysis
  • use the FFT reports to consider key aspects of attainment, with a view to updating the school development plan or self-evaluation form
  • understand how to use the FFT pupil estimate data to inform target setting
