:: Primary Curriculum Symposium 2019: Conference Programme ::
Outline
A three-day conference programme that brings together a wealth of expert voices to allow school leaders to make informed curriculum decisions for their school. Ensuring access to a rich, broad and balanced curriculum is at the heart of effective school provision. School leaders should rightly invest time and energy into making sure that the decisions they make are well informed, and right for their school. However, making decisions in this key area of school development can seem daunting. The Curriculum Symposium intends to address this by offering a safe space for school leaders to come together to engage with information from a wealth of experts who have considerable expertise within this area of school development. Across three conferences, delegates will gain insight from well-respected speakers ranging from academics and theorists, to practising headteachers and senior leaders, to subject and phase specialists who are able to discuss how the curriculum debates can be interpreted within their specialists age-ranges and subject domains.
