:: Teaching computing at Lower Key Stage 2 ::
Outline
This course is designed to support Lower Key Stage 2 (LKS2) teaching staff in delivering the 2014 computing curriculum in Years 3 and 4, with an emphasis on the computer science and programming aspects. It will enhance their understanding of computing, and support them in developing creative approaches to engage their pupils. For those teaching the Primary Computing Scheme, the course provides an input into the LKS2 section.
