We know many children learn better by exploring practical resources in maths, but we’re not always sure how best to do it. Let us help you unpick this. Many teachers have a range of resources that they would like to use really effectively but are not sure how. Or might be looking to buy mathematics resources and want to find out which ones really help secure learning. Come on this course and explore, along with our friendly advisers, which resources will make a real difference to how pupils learn mathematics. Using the concrete-pictorial- abstract approach to teaching, delegates will explore key aspects of the expectations for their year group and how using concrete resources could enable pupils to make even better progress.
